  • Welcome Campaign Success: Developed a welcome campaign for 40,000 members using voice of the customer insights, resulting in a 41% open rate, 13% click-to-open rate, 7,000+ app downloads, and a 15% increase in product adoption.

  • Product Migration Leadership: Led a cross-functional product migration, writing strategic communications to transition members, ensuring alignment with leadership, and collaborating on user experience for seamless integration, achieving an 82% migration rate.
